Haleem Kaisay Banain

Haleem ek lazeez aur sehatmand stew hai jo gosht, gehu, masoor dal, aur masalon se banai jati hai. Ye Pakistan, Bharat, aur Middle East mein ek riwayati khana hai, aur khaaskar Ramadan ke dino mein pasandida hai. Haleem ka texture gara aur cream jaisa hota hai, aur ise fry kiye hue pyaz, dhaniya, leemo ka ras, aur kaju ke saath serve kiya jata hai. Yahan par main aapko Instant Pot se haleem ghar par kaise banayein, uska tareeqa bata rahi hoon:

Haleem Banane Ke Lia Ajza (Ingredients):

- 1/4 cup pesi hoi jo

- 1/4 cup basmati rice

- 1/4 cup masoor dal (laal masoor ki daal)

- 1/4 cup urad dal (split black lentils)

- 1/4 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)

- 1/4 cup moong dal (split mung beans)

- 2 tablespoons oil

- 2 bade pyaz, patle tukde mein kaati hui

- 1/4 cup ghee

- 2 pounds beef ran ka gosht, bade tukdon mein kaata hua

- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (dahi)

- 2 tablespoons haleem masala (notes mein dekhein)

- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (lal mirch ke tukde)

- 1/2 teaspoon haldi (turmeric)

- Namak hasbe zarurat

- 6 cups paani ya beef stock

- 2 tamatar, kaate hue

- 2 hari mirch, kaati hui

- 1/4 cup dhaniya, kaata hua

- 2 tablespoons pudina, kaata hua

Toppings:

- Fry kiye hue pyaz

- Kaata hua dhaniya

- Kaata hua pudina

- Nimbu ke tukde

- Bhunay hue kaju

- Kaati hui hari mirch

- Adrak, julienne cut

Haleem Banane Ka Tariqa (Instructions):

1. Jo, chawal, aur dal ko acchi tarah se dho kar kam se kam ek ghante ke liye paani mein bhigo dein. Fir paani nikal kar alag rakh dein.

2. Ek bade tawe par tel garam karein aur pyaz ko sunehre aur crispy hone tak bhunein, beech beech mein hilate hue. Ye 20 se 30 minute tak kaam kar sakta hai. Adhe bhune hue pyaz ko alag plate mein nikal kar rakh dein, baad mein use istemal karenge. Baki pyaz tawe par hi rakhein.

3. Wahi tawe mein ghee daalein aur tez aanch par beef ke tukde ko har taraf se bhunein, lagbhag 10 minute tak. Beef ko Instant Pot mein daal dein.

4. Instant Pot mein dahi, haleem masala, lal mirch ke tukde, haldi, aur namak daal kar acchi tarah se milayein. Paani ya stock daalein aur dhakkan band kar dein. Valve ko sealing par set karein aur high pressure par 35 minute tak pakayein.

5. Is beech, bhigoye hue Jo, chawal, aur dal ko Instant Pot mein daal dein aur milayein. Haleem ko garnish karne ke liye fry kiye hue pyaz, dhaniya, pudina, nimbu ke tukde, bhunay hue kaju, hari mirch, aur adrak istemal karein.
